UP999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Access will be suspended pending satisfactory verification. Where age verification cannot be confirmed, the Account will be closed and any real-money balances may be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit.

Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Failure to complete KYC in a timely manner may result in withdrawal delays or Account restrictions.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in Account suspension, closure and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources and are not connected to any illegal activity. UP999 reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction that fails AML checks or raises compliance concerns.
All bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and loyalty rewards, are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions. These terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings — are set out in the relevant promotion details and form part of this Agreement.
Bonus funds are typically subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 25,000 welcome bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means PKR 750,000 must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Always check the specific requirement for each promotion.
UP999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts' promotions, low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other manipulative behaviour. Determination of abuse is at UP999's sole discretion.
Promotions may be withdrawn, modified or extended at any time. UP999 reserves the right to cancel a promotion or remove a User's eligibility where it determines that the User has acted in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, tournament or event. UP999 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are abandoned, cancelled, subject to irregular or suspicious activity, or affected by technical errors in odds compilation.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are subject to specific cricket betting rules regarding rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) reductions, super overs and abandoned matches. These rules are communicated within the relevant betting interface and apply in full to all wagers placed.
In-play (live) betting is subject to additional rules regarding delay, disconnection and late acceptance of bets. UP999 does not accept responsibility for connection issues on the User's side that result in bets being accepted at an unintended time or odds level.
All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, table games and instant-win titles, are governed by the rules displayed within the individual game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages and volatility levels are indicative and based on theoretical long-term averages — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may be adjusted at UP999's discretion, including for specific Users where stake risk management measures are in place.
All Content on the UP999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, data compilations and the overall design and layout — is the property of UP999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell or otherwise exploit any Platform Content without prior express written consent from UP999.
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit regarding the Platform may be used by UP999 without restriction or compensation to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UP999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure or the cost of substitute services.
UP999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or entirely secure. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Users access and use the Platform at their own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licensed to operate, as notified to users from time to time. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, UP999 encourages Users to contact support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the applicable dispute resolution procedure will be that of the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent ongoing harm while a formal dispute is being resolved.
